A good place to start is something that you know about, maybe you profession, hobby or an Interest you have?
There are 3 main concepts that you should keep in mind when choosing your niche, does it relate to the following.
v Health – women’s health, men’s health, diets, alternative medicines
v Wealth – making money online, investments, debt management.
v Happiness or lifestyle – love & romance, golf, extreme sports, hobbies.

On the internet there are many sites that offer various ways to make money online through affiliated programs which you can sign up for free to get your affiliate id.
What I hear you say

When you join an affiliated program you will be given your very own affiliate id code or link, which you promote on behalf of that company when someone clicks on that link it, drops a cookie into their browser with your affiliate id code they will be taken to the companies’ website and that company will know that the referral came from you and you will be credited with any purchases they make
What types of products or services to promote?
On the internet there are many site that offer affiliates various ways to make money online and they are as follows’
v Digital products – these are products that come in digital format and can be downloaded from the internet and used straightaway, these formats can be eBooks like this one or video’s, audio recordings, or maybe software.
v Physical products – these are hard products that you promote on behalf of a company and process all the orders and deliver them and you get paid for your efforts direct from the company.
v C.P.A Networks – this stands for Cost Per Action these are site were companies’ register and all they ask for is various information which you get paid for accordingly it maybe for an email address or home address or phone number or maybe all the above and you as an affiliate promote for these companies’ and you get paid per action needed it may vary.
v Your own Product or Service – You may have a product or service that you wish to promote online or you may have an idea for a digital product, but are unsure how to do it or were to go to put it together.
